Our strong recommendation – get us involved early on
You will often save heartache and cost if you get us involved early on in your property transaction. There are many pitfalls to avoid and the “devil is in the detail”. Please don’t sign an agreement to purchase or sell your property until you have had it checked over by one of our property experts. The agreement may be “standard”, but having the right conditions with the right wording is critical and some conditional agreements can still be very difficult to get out of. Either have your agent email us the agreement before you sign it or ring us on 0800 TMFLAW to have us check the agreement before you sign it.
Why choose the TMF team?
We are knowledgeable and experienced – team members have been acting for buyers and sellers for over 40 years – we know the pitfalls to avoid and how to make the transaction run smoothly.
We are accessible – you can ring us anytime.
We communicate with you every step of the way.
