Maori Legal Issues
We have a long history of assisting people with issues arising from the application of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
We have acted on numerous applications in the Maori Land Court in respect of a wide range of issues that may arise in the management of Maori Land.
We also represent various Maori Trusts and are experienced in dealing with the broad range of issues that arise in respect of land in multiple ownership. We provide objective advice based on our extensive experience with Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
